Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day they are placed.

Delivery Time

Orders within the UAE are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day and time the order is placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges within the UAE are as follows:

  • AED 25 for standard delivery across the UAE
  • Free shipping on orders above AED 300
  • AED 50 for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta,  

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an order, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping charges will depend on the delivery area:

  • AED 25 for standard UAE areas
  • AED 50 for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta,

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned in their original condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • Returned in their original packaging

YazLi Perfume reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
