Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping on the same day they are placed.

Delivery time inside the UAE

Orders within the UAE are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day and time of the order and the delivery location.

Delivery times may vary slightly during:

  • Weekends
  • Public holidays
  • Peak demand periods

Shipping fees inside the UAE

  • Free shipping to anywhere in the UAE when your order total is above AED 270.
  • AED 25 for standard UAE delivery when the order total is below AED 270.
  • AED 50 for delivery to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Hatta when the order total is below AED 270.

Shipping outside the UAE

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately. The YazLI team will review your delivery address and confirm the shipping fee before payment is completed, or when you contact us.

Returns Policy

We consistently aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return an order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping fees

Return shipping fees vary depending on the collection area:

  • AED 50 for standard areas within the United Arab Emirates.
  • AED 60 for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Hatta.

Return conditions

The product must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging

YazLI Perfume reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

YazLI Golden Guarantee

Eligible Golden Guarantee products include a dedicated sample so you can try the scent before opening the full bottle.

Please try the sample first. If the fragrance is not for you, the original bottle must remain sealed and unused to stay eligible for return under the guarantee terms.

The Golden Guarantee is separate from the general returns policy and follows its own conditions.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is applied where applicable in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
